1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AnalyticsDrop analytics service, including our SDK, APIs, dashboard, and website (together, the “Service”). If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
2. The Service
AnalyticsDrop provides automatic screen-journey analytics for mobile applications. You integrate our SDK into your app, and we process the resulting events to show you journeys, drop-off, and per-user timelines. We may improve, change, or add features over time. We will give reasonable notice before making a material change that reduces core functionality of a paid plan.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys and for all activity under your account.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
- Send us data you are not permitted to collect from your users, or place sensitive personal data into event properties or user identifiers.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted by your plan.
5. Your data and privacy
You retain all rights to the data you send to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and support the Service. As the developer integrating our SDK, you are the controller of your end users’ data and are responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any consents required by law. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Plans and payment
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Usage above your plan’s limits may incur additional charges or require an upgrade.
- We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete Customer Data after a reasonable period.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including the SDK and dashboard, is owned by AnalyticsDrop and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the Service.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or capture every event.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify account holders. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
